BLOOM is decaffeinated using the Sugar Cane EA method – a natural process that uses ethyl acetate derived from fermented sugar cane. This gentle technique preserves the bright, fruity notes that make BLOOM so special, while removing over 99.9% of the caffeine. No harsh chemicals, just pure, joyful flavor.
BLOOM was designed for filter brewing and truly comes alive with pour-over methods like V60, Chemex, or Kalita Wave. These methods highlight its delicate fruity notes and bright acidity. BLOOM features exceptional single-origin beans from Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee.
