Shipping policy

Our Shipping Partners and Tracking

We ship your order as quickly as possible. Using the email address you provided, we will send you a tracking number upon dispatch, which allows you to track your shipment. Our packages are shipped within Germany via DHL. For shipments to EU countries, we use DHL depending on the destination country.

Please note: All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our partner location at 19grams Coffee Roastery, Karl-Liebknecht-Str. 13, 10178 Berlin, Germany.

Shipping to Packstations and Post Offices in Germany

In Germany, you have the option to have your order delivered directly to a DHL Packstation or post office. Please remember to provide your post number - without it, we cannot ship. Please enter your address as follows:

You do not need to label the fields again.

Shipping Costs within Germany

  • Warenpost: €3.50
  • DHL Package: from €3.90

DHL rates are calculated based on package weight at checkout.

Free shipping on orders over €40 within Germany

 

Shipping Costs for Subscriptions

For our subscription service, we offer free shipping within Germany - this may not apply to all subscriptions. Please check the specific terms for each subscription plan at checkout.

International Shipping Costs

International DHL rates are calculated at checkout based on the recipient's address and package weight.

Free shipping is available depending on the shipping service provider - please check at checkout or use the shipping cost calculator.

Please note that depending on the value of your purchase, customs duties and fees may apply. We do not cover these costs.

International Express Shipping

We offer DHL Express at checkout. DHL Express rates are calculated based on your address.

For certain products (such as seasonal items), shipments to some countries are exclusively sent via DHL Express to guarantee timely delivery. These countries are outside the EU, for example: USA, Canada, and others.

International FedEx Shipping

We offer international shipping via FedEx. Prices are calculated at checkout depending on the destination address (as well as rates for free shipping eligibility).

Please note that customs fees may apply to your shipment. We do not cover these costs: When importing goods from abroad, additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, or import VAT may apply, which must be paid separately from the shipping costs.

Delivery Times

  • Germany: 2-4 business days
  • EU Countries: 3-7 business days
  • International (outside EU): 5-14 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

 

Important Note on Customs and Duties

For orders shipped outside the EU, please be aware that your country may impose import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
